At the Time of Delivery
- Please check the product in front of the delivery agent.
- If you find any issue, you may return the product immediately.
- In this case, no delivery charge will be applicable.
After Delivery
If you receive instances of Damage or a Wrong Item such as:
- Damaged product
- Torn or tampered packaging
- Incorrect product
How to Process a Return
Please contact us via Messenger or WhatsApp with proper proof (photo/video).
- We will arrange a return pickup.
- A full refund will be processed within 2–3 working days after verification.
